About
Independent, senior-level identity governance expertise backed by hands-on implementation experience.
Digital Identity Consulting LLC
Areas of Expertise
Digital Identity Consulting was founded to provide independent, senior-level identity governance expertise to organizations that need more than generic advisory support. The practice is led by a Founder and Principal Architect with more than 14 years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ experience.
That experience spans architecture, implementation, integration, upgrades, migration, customization, production troubleshooting, and operations across SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Security Cloud, together with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, ServiceNow, Workday, databases, mainframe platforms, and enterprise applications.
The technical depth includes rules, workflows, connectors, provisioning, identity lifecycle management, certifications, access requests, RBAC, role modeling, custom integrations, platform migrations, performance, and difficult production issues. The goal is practical engineering: understand the requirement, understand how the platform behaves, design for operational reality, and leave the customer with a solution that can be supported.
Enterprise Experience
Professional experience across financial services, insurance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, government, manufacturing, energy, retail, media, telecommunications, technology, and higher education.

Recommendations are based on architecture, technical requirements, business outcomes, and operational reality—not on selling a particular implementation package.
Good identity governance starts with understanding how the components fit together, where risk is introduced, and how the solution will be supported after go-live.
Problems are identified directly and explained in practical terms, with a path to resolution and prioritization rather than vague observations.
The focus is deep identity governance and SailPoint expertise, providing technical depth that broad generalist consulting models often cannot.
Every engagement should leave clearer documentation, stronger technical understanding, improved supportability, and a more reliable identity environment.
